• General Returns: Returns must be initiated within 14 days of purchase. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and include proof of purchase.
• Non-Returnable Items: Opened or used products, special offer items, and certain health or hygiene products are non-returnable unless faulty or not as advertised.
• Damaged or Defective Products: Notify us within 1 working day of delivery at support@rexipharm.co.za if a product arrives damaged or defective. We will arrange a replacement or full refund, as per CPA requirements.

Return Process

Delivery Process

• Delivery Delays: Rexi Pharmaceuticals is not responsible for delays if the recipient is unavailable at the time of delivery. You will be responsible for any additional delivery costs incurred due to incorrect address details or unavailability.
